This year, the disposable vape market in the United States has witnessed significant structural changes. The once “competition in the number of mouths” is gradually cooling down, and user experience is becoming the new focus of competition.
Igeekphone monitoring has found that mainstream brands are shifting their R&D focus from a single suction count indicator to dimensions such as flavor diversity, appearance design, and interaction experience. In the US market, many new products feature “transparent oil tanks” as their identifying highlight, with the nominal number of ports generally concentrated in the range of 30,000 to 50,000.
However, high-end products have not withdrawn from the stage. Brands such as MASKKING, MR FOG, and HYPERBAR are still laying out in this niche market, successively launching new products with claims ranging from 60,000 to 100,000 mouthpieces, and their e-liquid unit suction efficiency exceeds 2,000 mouthpieces /mL.

With a maximum of 100,000 suction cycles, the number of suction cycles per milliliter exceeds 2,000
The three large-aperture e-cigarettes recently launched by MASKKING, MR FOG and HYPERBAR are respectively: MASKKING EXTRE 100K, MR FOG Aura 60K and HYPERBAR BE 70K. 2Firsts has collected and sorted out the relevant parameter information of these three products.
MASKKING’s EXTRE 100K product is claimed to have a capacity of 100,000 puffs, but the brand has not yet disclosed its e-liquid capacity. This model offers two nicotine concentration versions of 2% and 5%, with a total of 16 flavors to choose from.
In terms of hardware configuration, the EXTRE 100K is equipped with an 800mAh battery and supports Type-C fast charging. It adopts a 0.5Ω Dual Mesh Coil atomizing core and has two power modes – the conventional Norm mode and the enhanced Boost mode.
MR FOG Aura 60K claims to be equipped with a 26mL e-liquid capacity, supporting approximately 60,000 pups of suction, which translates to an efficiency of approximately 2,307 pups per milliliter of e-liquid. The product is equipped with a 900 mAh battery and supports Type-C fast charging.
In terms of hardware configuration, the Aura 60K adopts a Dual Mesh atomizing core and supports three power adjustment modes – ECO, BOOST, and TURBO – to meet different taste requirements. Meanwhile, the device is equipped with a 2.01-inch TFT animated display screen, which can show real-time information such as output power, battery status and remaining e-liquid.

HYPERBAR BE 70K:
The HYPERBAR BE 70K is equipped with a 30mL e-liquid capacity and claims to support up to 70,000 pups. Converted, approximately 2,333 pups can be used per milliliter of e-liquid. The nicotine concentration of the product is 50 mg/mL.
In terms of hardware, the BE 70K is equipped with a 1,200 mAh battery and supports Type-C fast charging. It adopts 0.4 Ω Dual Mesh Coil atomizing core, and the power can be adjusted among three levels: 15W, 20W and 30W. Meanwhile, this device supports DTL (direct lung Aspiration) mode.
Under the same capacity, the nominal number of ports has significantly increased
In the second half of 2024, disposable e-cigarettes officially crossed the 50,000-pack threshold. Subsequently, brands such as OXBAR and LOST MARY also launched large-mouth e-cigarettes. Among them, OXBAR TRI-FUSION claims that the number of suction ports is 45,000 and the e-liquid capacity is 30ML, corresponding to approximately 1,500 ports /mL. The Lost Vape Orion Bar 50K claims to have 50,000 suction ports and an e-liquid capacity of 28ML, corresponding to approximately 1,785 ports /mL.

In contrast, the MR FOG Aura 60K has a announced capacity of 26 mL, with a nominal capacity of 60,000 ports, corresponding to approximately 2,308 ports /mL. The HYPERBAR BE 70K has a capacity of 30 mL, 70,000 ports, corresponding to approximately 2,333 ports /mL. Compared with the suction efficiency of 1,500-1,785 pips /mL of OXBAR TRI-FUSION and Lost Vape Orion Bar 50K, these new products have achieved an efficiency improvement of approximately 30% – 50% under the same capacity.
