Igeekphone reported on May 18th that a source named “Majin” posted on the X platform yesterday, revealing the first batch of protective cases for Apple iPhone 18 Pro series phones.
According to IGEEKPHONE’ previous reports citing various rumors, Apple plans to adjust the release schedule of its iPhones. The new product launch event this autumn might only feature the iPhone 18 Pro series, iPhone Ultra (Fold), while the standard version of iPhone 18 may not be available for shipment until next spring.

From the leaked images, it can be seen that iPhone 18 Pro has not undergone significant changes this time. The camera module already occupies approximately one quarter of the rear of the device, which is basically the same as the previous model, iPhone 17 Pro. However, the size of the camera module may be further expanded, causing the overall thickness to increase, resulting in the new device’s protective case not being compatible with the previous model.
Furthermore, according to previously leaked information, the Apple iPhone 18 Pro is expected to feature a 6.3-inch screen, while the Pro Max will have a 6.9-inch screen. There won’t be any significant differences from the iPhone 17 Pro. Therefore, the new model seems more like a further enhancement and upgrade based on the iPhone 17 Pro rather than a complete revolution.
