Software Requirements:
1.Windows XP SP3 or Win 7, please make sure sp3 has been installed on Windows XP
2. Because this is a driver, make sure that the installed user has the rights of administrators ;

(Win 7 32bit) Installation instructions
1.Please find the driver installation file under the installation directory:
Huaqin Android Driver All-in-One\32 bit\Huaqin Android Driver All-in-One 32 bit V1.00.exe
2. Start the interface, click Next to proceed to the next step
3. Waiting for the installation, click the Install button
4. Win 7 UAC will be effective after that, and allows users to confirm the installation, click “OK”
5. Since most of the drivers packaged in the installer have not undergone Microsoft certification, the following window will pop up, click “Always install this driver software.” And because there are multiple drivers inside, this window will pop up multiple times, please click “Always install this driver software”:

7.Driver has been installed on Win7 , there’s no need to install again when using the Flash Tool (download tool) Meta (write number tool), ADB (debug tool) because it will automatically find the device and install automatically.

Uninstall the driver (if you don’t need it after flashing the system)

二. Begin flashing your Hi9
1.Open flash_tool and get started
2. Load the file
a. Load the BIN file MTK_AllInOne_DA
b. Load the document text in the firmware package MT8173_Android_scatter
c. Change the upgrade mode to Firmware Upgrade, click Download.
Hi9 Tablet will start flashing automatically connected to the computer when power off, and it will turn on automatically after the success of flashing.
