AnyViewer Review – Remote Desktop Software for Windows

We have talked about remote assistance programs repeatedly in the past, from the most famous, such as Teamviewer, to the lesser-known ones, such as Dwservice or Rustdesk, now we will add to the AnyViewer list software for remote control and assistance developed by Aomei the same authors as Aomei Backupper. The operation of AnyViewer is similar to that of all other remote control programs, an ID is always the same, a temporary code to be communicated, together with the ID, to those who provide us with assistance. While if we are the ones to give the assistance we have to enter the partner ID to be able to connect to the remote computer.

AnyViewer is a sophisticated remote-access tool that merges remote screen control, and remote file access, including a robust ability to share the observation or control of displays among users. It is built for large-scale applications. Text, voice conferencing, and video conferencing are all included, and a single-user license allows for remote control of an infinite number of machines.

It’s also the most liberal corporation around when it comes to personal use. AnyViewer enables unrestricted use of the full version of its program for non-commercial uses, as defined by the firm, with no direct or indirect revenue or business support. Because of the many features provided, it is my top suggestion for personal users. It’s also ideal for a single user with numerous PCs who needs to access them remotely or on the same network.

AnyViewer, the free remote desktop software for Windows 11/10/8.1/8/7 and Windows Server 2022/2019/2016/2012 R2, enables you to remote into PCs or Servers, anywhere, anytime over the internet. AnyViewer, a free yet powerful and best remote desktop software for Windows PCs and Servers, definitely, will be your choice that you won’t regret.

    How to Use AnyViewer

A warning before starting, in the EULA of the license, which you read at the time of installation, they write that the software is free only for individuals, but there are no indications on purchasing a license, while in the FAQ they say both free use for all. Since there are no indications of costs, or methods of use, very clear, for the moment, The program lacks some functions that other, more “older” software for remote control has available as standard.

For example, there is no possibility to start only the program without having to install it. Once Anyviewer has been installed and started, all we have to do is send a control request to the partner we want to connect to or enter the security code that he previously communicated to us together with his ID.

Those in need of assistance will see a popup like this and must confirm access.

From the top bar, you can adjust the image quality and its resolution, start some operations on the remote desktop such as the task manager or the command prompt, or open the chat. At the moment, however, the possibility of transferring files between the two computers is missing, a function that should be included in a future version of the program.

In Settings, you can set a fixed security code so that we can always connect to an unattended computer.

Or disable its automatic start if we only use it occasionally.

AnyViewer proves to be quite interesting at the moment, however, at the moment, it is still quite immature, it will be reviewed in some time when they have added the missing functions. Everything will then depend on the type of license that will be chosen in order to use the program.
