According to a report by 91Mobiles, the ASUS Phone model ASUS_I007D has been found on the Bluetooth SIG website. It will support Bluetooth 5.2, which may be the new ASUS ROG Phone 7.
Yesterday, Asus just launched the Tencent ROG Gaming Phone 5. Since the model number is ASUS_I005D, this new Phone can be considered ROG Phone 7. However, it is still in the early stages of certification, and its specific configuration and positioning are not yet clear.
What’s more, Asus unveiled Tencent ROG Gaming Phone 5, which features a 6.78-inch FHD+AMOLED display and a 144Hz refresh rate. The ROG Gaming Phone 5 features a 2.84GHz Snapdragon 888 SoC with a built-in Adreno 660 GPU.
Tencent’s ROG Gaming Phone 5 comes in three models, namely ROG Phone 5, ROG Phone 5 Pro and ROG Phone 5 Phantom, with the top version offering up to 18GB of RAM and 512GB of UFS 3.1 storage. The phone runs Android 11-based ROG UI customization system when it comes out of the box, with a 6000mAh large capacity battery and a 65W quick charge.

In terms of cameras, the back of the Tencent ROG Game Phone 5 is equipped with three sensors: a 64 megapixel (f/1.8 aperture) Sony IMX686 main sensor, a 13 megapixel (f/2.4 aperture) 125-degree wide Angle sensor and a 5 megapixel macro sensor. For selfies and video calls, there’s a 24-megapixel camera on the front.
