AYANEO handheld officially released the world’s first ultra-thin OLED Windows handheld – AYANEO AIR, equipped with AMD Ryzen 5 5560U processor, providing two configurations of youth version and standard version, the price is 3399 yuan, starting with from 3999 yuan.
In terms of ID design, the AYANEO AIR Youth Edition weighs only 395g and has a thickness of 17mm, while the standard version is 410g and 18mm thick. It is smaller than the Steam Deck and even lighter and smaller than the Switch.
In terms of core performance, AYANEO AIR is equipped with AMD Ryzen 5 5560U processor, using 7nm process, 6 cores and 12 threads, the base frequency is 2.3GHz, and the maximum turbo frequency can reach 4.0GHz. The core display is Vega 6, the highest frequency is 1.6GHz, and it is equipped with a high-speed M.2 2280 SSD.
According to reports, the factory default TDP setting of AIR Youth Edition and AIR Normal Edition is 8W, the former is up to 12W, and the latter is up to 15W.
When the game screen is set to 720P, all independent games can be run at 60 frames at full speed, and mainstream 3A games can run smoothly at 30 frames.
In terms of screen parameters, AYANEO AIR is equipped with a 5.5-inch OLED screen with a resolution of 1920*1080, 109% NTSC, 100% sRGB, 96% ADOBE RGB, 99% DCI P3, and a 404 PPI.
It is worth mentioning that AYANEO AIR is also the world’s first small Hall joystick Win handheld, bid farewell to small joystick drift, achieve 100% dead zone-free inner and outer rings, and bring a long life of 5 million times.
With the support of the Hall trigger, the game operation is more subtle and precise, the pressing stroke is 7.5mm, and the pressing accuracy can reach 0.09mm.
