Huawei has used for this MediaPad M2 a 10.1-inch IPS panel with a resolution of 1920×1200 pixels and a density of 226ppi. Chuwi has gone familiar for Chuwi Hi10 Plus design. It has a similar design to the company’s aging Vi10 Plus. The x5-Z8350 atom itself is part of the Cherry Trail processor family, with 14 nm fabrication, and carries the 2 Watt Design Power Scheme (SDP). There is no option of adding RAM capacity available on this 2-in-1 tablet because Chuwi uses a soldered DRAM chip onto the motherboard, without providing a DIMM / SO-DIMM slot for additional RAM chips.

Storage used on chuwi Hi10 Plus 2-in-1 tablet is eMMC with 64 GB capacity. Chuwi split the storage into multiple partitions, including a 45 GB partition for Windows 10, a 9 GB partition for Remix OS, and some partition recovery. Both operating systems in this tablet do not share data at all, with each operating system can only access its own partition. The wireless connectivity options available on this 2-in-1 tablet are just WiFi and Bluetooth. For WiFi, the standard supported by Hi10 Plus is only 802.11 b / g / n with a 2.4 GHz single-band radio only. As for the Bluetooth, no definitive mention of the Bluetooth version supported 2-in-1 tablet is.
