iGEEKPHONE reported on June 30th that today, DJI released the DJI FC100 flagship delivery drone, which can be applied in various transportation scenarios such as emergency fire fighting, power maintenance, mountainous and water areas, and is claimed to “redefine professional transportation”.
The DJI FC100 is available in four versions. The standard package – charger version is priced at 89,999 yuan, the standard package – charging station version at 92,999 yuan, the flagship package – charger version at 116,999 yuan, and the flagship package – charging station version at 119,999 yuan.
The DJI FC100 has a maximum load capacity of 80 kilograms, a maximum single-axle pull of 82 kilograms, a maximum takeoff weight of 149.9 kilograms, and a maximum range of 26 kilometers when empty.
This unmanned aerial vehicle supports both single-battery and dual-battery modes. The single-battery mode can carry a maximum load of 80 kilograms and has a maximum flight distance of 6 kilometers. The dual-battery mode can carry a maximum load of 65 kilograms and has a maximum flight distance of 12 kilometers.
The DJI FC100 supports the new flagship version of the overhead crane system, equipped with an electric opening and closing hook for efficient loading and unloading. It also supports multiple practical functions such as automatic sway elimination and real-time weighing. At the same time, it is compatible with the dual-electric version of the DJI hoisting system, flexibly handling various hoisting scenarios.
It is understood that the empty crane supports both automatic and manual retraction and release. It is equipped with a 30-meter rope and has a heavy-load retraction and release speed of 1.2 meters per second. In case of accidental entanglement, it can choose to release the rope with one button to ensure safety.
In terms of safety, the unmanned aerial vehicle is equipped with a brand-new lidar, millimeter-wave radar and five-eyed fish eye vision, which can perceive and observe the surrounding environment in all directions and intelligently detect obstacles.
During takeoff and landing, it supports AR pedestrian/vehicle detection. When returning, it also supports safe landing projection and assisted landing. It newly supports non-roll flight, enhancing crosswath stability and power failure, and can sense terrain changes in real time.
In addition, the DJI FC100 is equipped with a parachute as standard. At its maximum takeoff weight, it can open the parachute at low altitudes, effectively reducing the landing speed of the aircraft and ensuring the safety of personnel and property.
The maximum flight height of the DJI FC100 is 6,000 meters, with a maximum wind resistance speed of 12 meters per second. It has an IP55 protection rating and can operate within the temperature range of -20℃ to 40℃.
In terms of battery life, this drone supports 9-minute ultra-fast charging, and is equipped with a dual-battery hot replacement mode and battery redundancy design, ensuring continuous operation.
The unmanned aerial vehicle has been newly upgraded with a 20-kilometer O4 video transmission system and can be optionally equipped with a DJI 4G enhanced video transmission module. One aircraft can be operated by two people.
When the aircraft is connected to two remote controls simultaneously, both have control and image transmission functions, and support the switching between the main and auxiliary pilots as well as the locking of control rights.
In other aspects, the DJI FC100 supports PSDK, a 3000W high-power interface, and the brand-new Cloud-Cloud Interface 2.0.
