The Doogee X93 presents itself as a very affordable smartphone, which includes an MT6580 processor, has 2 GB of RAM and 16 GB of internal storage. For this reason, its operating system is Android 10 (Go Edition), thus ensuring a performance that is more adjusted to the needs of current consumers.
The Doogee X93 measures 156 x 73.8 x 9.8 millimeters and weighs 190.2 grams. The housing is made entirely of plastic and comes in three different colors: black, blue, and green. The front of the low-budget smartphone houses the 6.1-inch display. The corners of the screen are rounded, and the panel is interrupted by a waterdrop notch. This houses the selfie camera, while the auricle finds its place on the edge above the display. There is also a notification LED. The display bezels are relatively thick, especially the chin under the screen.
The heart of the Doogee X93 is a quad-core processor called MediaTek MT6580, which works together with 2 GB of RAM and 16 GB of internal storage. If necessary, it is also possible to expand the memory using a MicroSD card. The chip was introduced back in January 2016 – it is so old that it has not even been given an Helio name. The processor is manufactured using the 28-nanometer process and, in addition to the Cortex A7 cores, houses an ARM Mali 400 graphics unit.
Because there is little, the Doogee X93 is equipped with three lenses for reliable photos in any light. The main sensor has a value of 8 Mpx and a luminosity of f2.2. The second lens is for portraits with a background blur effect and the front lens has 5 Mpx. The battery with a capacity of 4350 mAh can handle even long hours without a charger; modern hardware and optimized software go hand in hand with a large battery for satisfactory endurance and reliability. The Android Go edition represents an optimized version of the well-known Android with fewer hardware requirements for fast system response, smooth running, smaller size of the OS itself.
