Manufacturers supporting their devices is a huge factor when people buy phones, in particular when updates to the software are concerned. Elephone has been one of the manufacturers accused of offering very little support when it comes to their phones.
There have been a few issues identified by customers in the Elephone P9000. Elephone to their credit have released an OTA update available for the P9000 that rectifies these very issues.
The list of fixes in this update include:
Correcting and optimizing the issue with power consumption
Optimizing the Camera correcting the reported issues
Correcting and Optimizing the fingerprint scanner
Solving 4G problem in some areas, by Optimizing the baseband,
Fixing the issues reported with the device’s WIFI
Fixed the issue of the dark spot when using 3rd party camera apps.
