According to popular e-cigarette website VAPEUK, the ELFBAR 1200 is a rechargeable pre-loaded small cigarette kit that combines “2-IN-1” (2-in-1) under the rules of TPD, “creating a UK legal 1,200-port disposable e-cigarette device”. It comes with a 650 mAh battery, Type-C terminal and QUAQ mesh coil.
