From April 17th to 18th, 2026, EVO NXT 2026 was held in Prague, gathering manufacturers, brands, retailers and industry decision-makers from the global next-generation product industry. As one of the official cooperation media for this event, 2Firsts provided continuous coverage on-site, tracking the product launches, company dynamics and emerging market signals at the exhibition.
One booth, four product lines
Judging from the information presented at the site, RELX did not focus its booth on any single electronic cigarette device this time. Instead, it showcased the concepts of electronic cigarette devices, e-liquid, mouthpiece products, and nose-holding products side by side. This display method makes the booth more like a collection of multiple product categories rather than an extension of a single hardware line.
Viewed within the context of European trade shows, this combination is more likely to be interpreted as a forward-looking strategy targeting the local market: on the one hand, the vaporization products and e-liquid lines are retained; on the other hand, non-traditional vaporization methods such as mouth inhalation and nose inhalation are also included in the display scope. For enterprises planning to enter or continue operating in the European market, the multi-category layout has become an increasingly practical proposition.
The oral inhalation products highlight thinness, speed and oral experience.
The oral nicotine products are one of the most information-rich sections on the exhibition stand. On the AirPouch-related materials, there are statements such as “<1mm Thin” (thickness less than 1 millimeter), “Easy on Gums” (mild on gums), “No Weird Taste” (no strange taste), and “Incredibly Thin. Amazingly Fast.” (extremely thin, extremely fast), with the emphasis on product thickness, experience speed and oral comfort.
From the perspective of presentation, this section does not emphasize abstract concepts but rather very specific product experience parameters: a thinner form, a faster response, and an expression closer to the oral contact experience. Under the on-site mouth-held product section, two labels, RELX and DOSH, appeared simultaneously, indicating that this category was not presented as a single SKU on the exhibition stand but was organized as a relatively complete product module.
The RELX AirPouch display board highlights product information such as “Less than 1mm Thin”, “Easy on Gums”, and “2X Faster than pouch”, while also showcasing the DuraPress technology, a development cycle of over 730 days, and 20+ global patents.
The tobacco oil section has brought tax and TPD compliance to the forefront.
The tobacco oil section is one of the most notable sections at this exhibition stand. The on-site materials do not merely focus on flavor presentation; instead, they directly state information such as “3 Innovative Formulations”, “Tax-Friendly, 2x Satisfaction”, and “High Satisfaction, TPD Compliant”.
This type of expression has two key points. First, the front-end dissemination of e-liquid is no longer merely about taste, but about the formula structure. Second, taxation and compliance have been directly incorporated into the product communication layer. Especially in the European market environment, this approach is highly targeted: The British government has confirmed that it will implement a new Vaping Products Duty starting from October 1, 2026, meaning that e-cigarette products will officially enter a new consumption tax framework; at the same time, some European countries have successively imposed or are promoting taxes on e-liquid, and tax burden is becoming a variable that enterprises must address positively.

The modular presentation for the European market
When viewing the entire exhibition stand as a whole, RELX’s current display presents a relatively clear division of responsibilities: electronic cigarette devices correspond to the hardware layer, e-liquid corresponds to the formulation, taxation and compliance expression, mouthpiece products highlight the form and experience, and nose-holding products represent attempts at new sensory pathways.
If we consider the European market environment where this exhibition is held, this kind of combined display is more like an early response to future competitive variables: on one hand, there is the new electronic cigarette consumption tax that has been clearly implemented in the UK; on the other hand, many European countries are continuing to implement or strengthening the taxation and regulatory requirements for electronic cigarettes. Under such circumstances, a single product line is no longer able to cover all market conditions. A multi-category and multi-path product organization approach is becoming more realistic.
