Igeekphone News, July 9th: Android Authority, a technology media outlet, published a blog post yesterday (July 8th), reporting that Google is planning to introduce an “AI Notification Manager” feature for Android’s notification system, intelligently classifying it into four categories: promotion, news, social, and recommendation.

Igeekphone citing blog posts, introduced that Google is brewing the development of the “Notification Organizer” feature, which analyzes the notifications received by users and classifies them into the following four categories:

Promotions: E-commerce discounts, promotional information, new app features, etc.
News: Hot headlines, editor’s comments, etc.
Social: Likes, tweets, updates, etc.
Suggested: Newsletters, recommended media, etc.
The media pointed out that the framework used by “Notification Manager” is based on the open-source code of Android 16, which means that this feature is not exclusive to Pixel. In the future, it may be promoted and covered in most Android phones as a native feature. The media speculated that Google might exclusively launch this feature in Pixel 10 system phones for a limited time.
