GoPro Hero 6 Black Action Camera Officially Releases at $499

Yesterday, sports camera brand, Gopro released GoPro Hero 6 black, which supports 4K 60P to take videos, selling at $499.

From design, GoPro Hero 6 has not changed its appearance compared with GoPro Hero 5, it still adopts compact body, coming with 2 inch touch screen, built in GPS, its 5GHz Wifi module is 3 times faster than transmission speed.

As for specs, the most important thing is that GoPro Hero 6 Black comes with 12MP sensor, which can take 4K 60FPS videos, very professional.

GoPro Hero 6 black version can take 1080P 240FPS videos, which means it can capture those slower motion videos up to as slow as 10 times. It uses customized all new processor, GP1, instead of Ambarella, GP1 processor can bring better image quality for GoPro, improving night photographing and battery life, meanwhile, it can recognize face to analyze the scene to choose best images.

Hero 6 Black can be compatible with 128G SD card, 10 meters waterproof function, supporting RAW and WDR image, the video photographing mode includes 4K 60FPS, 1440P 60FPS, 1080P 240FPS, and 720P 60FPS, and it can take 12MP 30fps video.

In control, it supports voice control, users can control switch to take photos by voice, for example, Say ‘GoPro Photographing’,  finishing taking, which is quite practical.

GoPro has also release Fusion VR camera, which can take Panoramic video, its OverCapture function can take panoramic video into traditional 2D video, then use GoPro App to choose the footage you want, It has Tiny Planet and Angel View function which can also add entertainment. Fusion sells at $699, which can preorder in USA, Canada, UK, Europe, etc, and it will ship from November.
