    How To Transfer Photos From iPhone or Mac To iCloud?

    Use iCloud Photos

    It’s the easiest way to ensure that you transfer photos to iCloud, and the setup process is just as simple. If you go to Settings, choose your name, then iCloud you will have a Photos feature. Here you have the option to tap the switch near Sync this Device. Do that, and photos get transferred automatically. If you have a Mac, go to the System Preferences, here you can click the Apple ID and iCloud, and after that you can switch to Sync this Mac.

    Import to the Mac

    If you already have images that are not on the Mac and you want them to iCloud, do the setup above first. After that, connect the phone or iPad to your Mac, open Photos app and here you will receive an Import screen. Import everything and then after the process is done, you will be able to automatically transfer via iCloud Photos. That’s why it’s imperative to set up iCloud Photos, since it can save time and still ensure your photos are always available.

    AirDrop images to your Mac/phone

    AirDrop the images to your computer or phone, and then if you set up the iCloud Photos feature, it will handle the rest. It’s a great tool and approach because you can ensure all your images are ready to use and in the cloud. Importing videos and photos from storage media and then automating the process with iCloud Photos can also help ensure everything is ok.

    Use a transfer tool

    If you have the images on a Windows device, that can be tricky. Which is why a transfer tool that helps transfer images to your device can be extremely helpful. We highly recommend avoiding any rush and instead hand pick all the images you need to transfer. It’s an efficient process and one that will help save a lot of time. Creating a backup for images is always helpful too, and it will prevent any possible problems or challenges that you can encounter while managing these.

    We recommend using these ideas if you want to transfer photos from iPhone or Mac to your iCloud account. However, you also want to monitor the iCloud limits to see if you’re close to them or maybe even surpassed them without knowing or understanding how that happens.

    Since many of us take pictures often, sending them to iCloud for safekeeping is an exceptional idea. But even in this case you can have some problems, so addressing any of the challenges is extremely helpful. That’s especially true if you take lots of photos and you need them safe!
