Huawei’s Honor brand focused on enhanced entertainment, longer standby time and video features in the upcoming 10X Lite, choosing Russia as the first market for the new phone.
The phone has a 6.67-inch display, a 5,000mah battery, and a 48-megapixel rear and 8-megapixel front camera. It has 128GB of storage, with the option to add a memory card.
Honor points out that its “huge battery” can support about 59 hours of standard calls on a single charge, 38 hours of VoLTE calls, 23 hours of video playback, or 79 hours of FM radio output.
Honor 10X Lite will be launched first in Russia for 17,000 roubles and then in some global markets, with orders in Russia starting Nov. 6. The phone is available in black, green and silver purple, which is defined as the forest of Iceland.
Huawei brand and Honor Brand combined shipped more smartphones than any other Russian smartphone vendor, followed by Samsung, according to IDC data for the second quarter.
In the first quarter, IDC noted that the Honor brand sold three times as many phones in Russia as the Huawei brand.
