The new MatePad Pro 12.6 flagship tablet is the first in the world to come pre-loaded with the system, as Huawei unveiled the official version of Harmonyos 2.0 at an event held at 8pm tonight.
“Huawei MatePad Pro further liberates users’ productivity and creativity,” said He Gang, COO of Huawei’s Consumer Business. “The new Huawei MatePad Pro with Harmonyos 2 pushes the boundaries of the tablet landscape further and opens up the tablet ceiling.”
Tablet computer is a large screen mobile device, screen quality has a great impact on user experience. As a result, the 12.6-inch front of the Huawei MatePad Pro is equipped with a 2K high-quality OLED display, which has a wider color gamut, higher contrast, wider viewing Angle, thinner size and more energy efficient than regular LCD screens.
At the same time, Huawei MatePad Pro’s 12.6-inch screen also supports DCI-P3 color gamut display and 1,000,000:1 ultra high contrast, which can present richer and more gorgeous colors with HUAWEI’s chip by chip adjustment at the factory.
In addition, Huawei’s MatePad Pro 12.6 also uses hardware low-blue light technology to effectively reduce harmful blue light in the screen spectrum while achieving normal color display, becoming the first tablet certified by TUV Full-Care Display (Global Eye Care 2.0) from Germany.
It also hides an 8-megapixel front-facing camera in the very narrow bezel of the screen, uses a rectangular multi-camera module for the rear, and for the first time has a three-camera solution: a 13-megapixel main camera, an 8-megapixel ultra-wide Angle camera, and a 3D deep camera. The main camera also supports fixed focus.
