On March 21th, iPhone unveiled its new special edition of iPhone 7 in red, to some analysts, which may shows a red trending in smartphone. This process begins with rotational 3D polishing to remove imperfections, establish a seamlessness between materials and produce a pristine mirror-like surface. Then it goes through an anodization process which creates a protective oxide layer. To get the maximum saturation of red, the surface is made porous so it can absorb the red dye. Finally, a magnetised ultrafine iron particle bath is used to polish the anodised layer to a superior high shine. So this is how the DOOGEE Y6 “Agate Red” comes into being. The yield is only 0.1%.
