iGEEKPHONE News, May 13th: iQOO 15T has officially announced its release date today. It will be launched at 19:00 on May 20th and will go on sale immediately after the launch.
This is the first model of the iQOO digital series based on Dimensity platform. It is the global first to feature Dimensity 9500 Monster version. It comes with exclusive underlying optimization and our self-developed Q3 chip. The game “Genshin Impact” shows an ultra-high-definition experience for 30 minutes, with almost the entire time running at full frame rate, and the average power consumption is only 4.99W.

It is equipped with a unique 6.82-inch 2K Everest screen of the same specification. In contrast, at the same price point, many current flagship models have already reverted to a 1.5K screen.
The product manager of iQOO, Wang Kan, previously explained that there are mainly two core reasons behind this: Firstly, the hardware cost of a 2K screen is higher, which will directly increase the material expenses of the entire device. Secondly, the game adaptation for a 2K resolution is more difficult, and a large amount of additional development resources need to be invested for specialized optimization.
However, in this overall environment, the iQOO 15T adheres to the standard 2K Jufeng screen. It is the only performance flagship in the same price range that is equipped with a 2K straight screen. Relying on its self-developed gaming chip Q3, it exclusively supports 2K plus 144Hz ultra-resolution and super-frame concurrent processing, thus addressing the pain points.

This device has a 16-megapixel camera on the front, and a combination of a 20-megapixel and a 50-megapixel camera on the back.

It is equipped with an 8000mAh ultra-large battery, and is expected to support 100W wired fast charging, effectively alleviating the concern about battery life during heavy usage.
The appearance of the iQOO 15T adopts the same design language as the iQOO 15 Ultra. It features a transparent style square DECORATION and offers three color options: Blue Sky, Circuit Track, and Legend. The dimensions are 163.37 × 76.71 × 8.25 mm and the weight is approximately 216 grams.
