iQOO is preparing for the launch of its next flagship series. The iQOO 8 Series is confirmed for launch on August 17th in China. Before the launch, some key details of the upcoming iQOO phone were confirmed. It will draw power from a Snapdragon 888+ SoC under the hood. iQOO 8 will launch in China on August 17th. Prior to launch, iQOO’s flagship smartphones visited the 3C website. The website confirms the charging details of the previously leaked devices.
Two iQOO phones are listed on the 3C website with model numbers V2141A and V2136A. The listing reveals that the phones will support 120W fast charging. These two devices are believed to be the next phones in the iQOO 8 series, which could be launched as the iQOO 8 and iQOO 8 Pro. There is also a third smartphone with model number V2133A. This phone is speculated to be one of the Vivo X70 series, which will support 44W fast charging.
Tipstar Abhishek Yadav had earlier said that the Iko 6 will have a 2K E5 AMOLED 10-bit screen. This display will have LTPO (Low-Temperature Polycrystalline Oxide) technology. Again this display will offer a variable refresh rate from 1 Hz to 120 Hz. Again, this phone can have a 4000mAh battery for power backup. The phone can come with up to 12GB RAM and up to 256GB storage. This phone will support a virtual RAM feature.
The iQOO 8 will run on the Android 11 operating system, which will have a layer of OriginOS on it. The Pro variant will use the Snapdragon 8+ processor. This processor is still the most powerful processor in Qualcomm. However, nothing is known yet about the processor of the base model.
