Igeekphone News July 23rd: This month, the source @techkeyz333 released a series of tweets on the X platform. By mining the firmware of the Samsung Galaxy Z foldable phone, they discovered the key specification information of the Samsung Galaxy S25 FE smartphone.
According to the firmware code information, the Galaxy S25 FE mainly upgrades the screen, charging and camera configuration. First of all, in terms of the screen, the Galaxy S25 FE adopts a more energy-efficient LTPO panel.
Unlike the fixed refresh rate range (120Hz to 60Hz) supported by the Galaxy S24 FE, the display of the S25 FE can be reduced to 30Hz, which can further extend the battery life performance.

Touch IC: Synaptics s3908t, 240Hz sampling rate.
For the imaging part, it basically follows the configuration of the Galaxy S24 FE. The main camera, ultra-wide-angle and telephoto lenses use the same sensors, but the front camera is adjusted to SONY’s IMX825.
The following are the specific specifications:
Main camera: Samsung GN3 – Supports 8K 24FPS and 1080p 240FPS;
Ultra-wide Angle: Samsung 3L6 – Supports up to 4K 60FPS;
Telephoto: Samsung 3K1 – Supports up to 4K 60FPS;
Selfie: SONY IMX825 – Supports up to 4K 60FPS.
In terms of battery, the Samsung Galaxy S25 FE supports 45W charging, an improvement from the previous generation’s 25W. The relevant specifications are as follows:

Wired charging IC: cps4038 (the same as Galaxy S24 FE)
Wireless charging IC: sm5443
Interrupt controller: s2mps27 (the same as Galaxy S24 FE).
In terms of audio, touch and biometric recognition, the Galaxy S25 FE phone will adopt the Galaxy S24 FE solution, retaining the same stereo speakers, touch motor and optical fingerprint scanner as the previous FE model.
