Korea Tobacco (KT&G) announced that it will sell its ultra-thin cigarette brand “Esse Noir” in convenience stores across the country on the 23rd.
“Esse Noir” is the only product in the country that uses black cigarette paper, with a tar content of 1.0mg and a nicotine content of 0.10mg.
Song Seung-chul, the head of the Korean brand of KT&G, said,
This product is developed for consumers who want to experience a rich taste, and its design is different from the existing Esse and Virginia hybrid products. We will continue to enhance the brand competitiveness by developing products that meet the diverse needs of consumers.
