The Chinese name of Xiaomi’s second model, YU7, is “Xiaomi Yu7”, which implies “land chariot, riding the wind”. This vehicle has previously appeared at the Ministry of Industry and Information Technology, offering both single-motor and dual-motor versions. According to previous reports, the YU7 will offer two different battery capacity versions, namely 96.3 KWH and 101.7 KWH, with a maximum range of up to 820 kilometers.
According to information from the Ministry of Industry and Information Technology, the length, width and height of the Xiaomi YU7 are 4,999/1996/1608 (1600) mm respectively, with a wheelbase of 3,000mm, making it a mid-to-large-sized SUV.
In terms of power configuration, the front and rear motors of the Xiaomi YU7 dual-motor all-wheel drive model have maximum power outputs of 220kW and 288kW respectively, with a combined power of 508kW (691 horsepower), a top speed of up to 253km/h, and are equipped with ternary lithium batteries. The maximum power of the single-motor rear-wheel drive model is 235kW, with a top speed of 240km/h, and it is equipped with a lithium iron phosphate battery.
