A couple of weeks ago it became known that LG demonstrated their upcoming flagship smartphone, LG G7, at a private presentation in Barcelona that took place within the framework of MWC 2018. And while LG is preparing for the presentation of the smartphone, the company registered the LG Q7 brand for a smartphone that is actually simplified version of the upcoming flagship.
The LG Q6, for example, had almost exactly the same features as the G6, but it was a bit smaller. The LG Q8, on the other hand, looked like a smaller model of the V20, one of the best phones of its time. Satisfied with the success of the Q series.
The application for registration was submitted to the Korean Intellectual Property Office, and, unfortunately, registration is not accompanied by data on specifications and features of the company of the forthcoming device. However, we can assume that the Q7 will be shipped with the improved characteristics of the LG Q6. As you know, last year’s smartphone came with 3GB of RAM and 32GB of internal memory, while Plus version has 4GB of RAM and 64GB of internal storage.
Both options were supplied with a Snapdragon 435 chip from Qualcomm and a 5.5-inch Full View display with an aspect ratio of 18: 9, and a resolution of 2160 × 1080 pixels. Well, we can only wait for additional leaks with the LG Q7 and hope that this will happen in the near future.
