MediaTek announced Helio P90 overseas, 2 nuclear +6 small nuclear design, 2 major nuclear upgrade to Cortex A75, using 12nm process design.
On the upgrades, the Helio P90 uses two A75 cores clocked at 2.2GHz and six A55 cores clocked at 2.0GHz.
On the GPU side, MediaTek used the IMG 9XM-HP8. Compared with the Mali-P72 MP3 used in the Helio P60, Helio P70 and Samsung mid-end Exynos 9610, the official performance of graphics is improved by more than 50%. The camera supports 24MP+16MP dual lens or 32MP single lens.
According to reports, the Cortex-A75 is a not Arm’s latest flagship core, because the Cortex-A76 has been adopted by companies such as Huawei.

However, the Helio P90 should be enhanced over the Helio P60 and P70 single cores. The company told the foreign media Android Authority that its next-generation chips will indeed use the Cortex-A76 core.
