MIUI 10 was announced at Xiaomi’s annual product launch event in Shenzhen, China, which took place on May 31. Xiaomi has also announced a brief timeline of MIUI 10 China ROM for their smartphones. According to an official MIUI forum post, the third batch of MIUI 10 adapter models was officially released on August 6th. The version number is MIUI 10 8.8.3 Developer ROM. This update is mainly to add a game quick reply function for Mi Note 3 mobile phone.
The list of phones includes Mi 4 / Unicom version / Telecom 3G version / Telecom 4G version, Redmi Note 3 Full Netcom, Redmi 3S / 3X, Redmi Pro, Redmi Note 4, Redmi Note 4X MTK version, Redmi 4 Standard Edition, Redmi 4 High Edition, Redmi 4A.
Among them, the Xiaomi Mi 8 has been suspended due to the phenomenon that the camera has been stuck and stopped running, so as to avoid affecting the use of the suspended public beta release. The Xiaomi Mi 6 and Mi Tab 4 have released the developer ROM of beta version last week.
Features of Xiaomi MIUI 10
Some of the features of MIUI 10 include a revamped task manager, gesture controls and AI portrait mode for enhanced Bokeh shots. MIUI 10 comes with AI Bokeh mode to enhance the photography experience when it comes to clicking Portrait shots. Interestingly enough, it will also work with phones that lack a dedicated depth-sensing sensor or do not have a dual-rear camera on board. Furthermore, AI will be used to determine what apps are being used more by the user, and the OS will open them quickly.
