Igeekphone reported on May 7th that The Cipher Project disclosed on the Telegram platform on May 5th that by analyzing the early firmware versions of the One UI 9 system, they once again discovered the front design drawing of the Samsung wide folding phone Galaxy Z Fold8 Wide.

This design drawing shows the unfolded and folded states of the foldable phone, and offers two versions – dark and light. According to the details currently disclosed, this Samsung wide-foldable phone has the internal code H8. It focuses on multitasking, large-screen writing and portability, and is expected to be released in July 2026.

The internal screen of this device is expected to be 7.6 inches, while the external screen is 5.4 inches. It has an internal screen aspect ratio of approximately 4:3. When the device is unfolded, its thickness is about 4.5 millimeters. The device is expected to have a 5000 mAh battery and support 45-watt wired fast charging. It also comes pre-installed with One UI 9 system, which is optimized for multi-tasking and display on wide screens.
