Earlier before, Oneplus Co-founder Carl Pei has hinted that they will use LCD screen in the next products, but right now he has posted on Twitter that they will still use AMOLED screen, which means that Oneplus 3S will be possible to use AMOLED screen instead of LCD screen. But the production of AMOLED screen is really limited which caused the shortage of Oneplus 3.
Right now Carl Pei posted on twitter which means they have solved the problem about AMOLED screen, LG and Sharp has made decision to invest OLED screen product line, we believe Oneplus has possibly found the new screen supplier.
Currently, there is a new model, A3010 has appeared in the national wireless management administration approval list. As we know Oneplus 3 has the model, A3000 earlier before, which means this new phone will be similar to Oneplus 3 in marketing positioning. This smartphone should be Oneplus 3S which is the new version of Oneplus 3. Most smartphones have used Snapdragon 821 processor, in order to keep competence, Oneplus 3S should be powered by Snapdragon 821 processor. Just stay tuned here.
