Igeekphone reported on March 9th that OPPO announced today that the smartwatch Watch X3 will be released on the evening of March 17th at 7:00 PM. At that time, it will be showcased along with the large foldable phone Find N6, and is described as a “health flagship”.
Based on the previous reports from IGEEKPHONE, a mysterious new OPPO product with the model number OWW261 was approved by the Ministry of Industry and Information Technology for radio use at the end of last year. The blogger @Experience More believes this is the OPPO Watch X3. The charging port is expected to be changed to a C port, and it is anticipated to be released along with the OPPO Find N6.
It is worth noting that OPPO released a teaser video for the Watch X3 last week (on March 6th), showing that it supports displaying information such as steps taken and altitude. It is expected to be positioned at the high-end level and be used in outdoor sports and other scenarios.
For reference, OPPO Watch X2, released in February 2025, starts at 2499 yuan. It features a titanium alloy bezel and a dual-color processing technique, is equipped with a 1.5-inch LTPO diamond screen, and comes with ECG electrocardiogram electrodes, 8-channel heart rate monitoring, 16-channel blood oxygen monitoring, and a wrist temperature sensor.
