We are all waiting for at least smaller leaks around the second generation of Pocophone, which will definitely come. Poco F1 has been a great success and has countless fans around the world, which would be stupid not to use. However, before we get Poco F2 with Snapdragon 855, we get the cheaper version of the first handset, according to the latest leaks.
According to records found on the benchmark test platform Geekbench, a device named Xiaomi Poco F1 Lite has a Qualcomm Snapdragon 660 chipset, 4GB of RAM and Android 9.0 Pie. This model is able to score 1341 points in the single-core test and 4830 points in the multi-core test.
In contrast, the Poco F1 Lite is supposed to have an older Snapdragon 660, according to the benchmark. These are not who knows how dizzying specifications due to the fact that Mi A2 directly from Xiaomi with exactly the same hardware is now less than $250.
So the Poco F1 Lite will have to offer some other interesting features and also a damn low price to stand up to Mi A2. An all-aluminum body, pure Android One and the best camera for money will definitely not be so easy to beat. But maybe Poco has some aces in reserve. Of course, assuming that the Poco F1 Lite really works out.
Anyway, we still do not know much about this possible Pocophone F1 Lite. So all we have left is to wait for new leaks and rumors giving us indications of what to expect from the model.
