According to the Android Authority, the RedmiK30 Pro may be released as soon as March. The report pointed out that the K30 5G is already on sale and Redmi may have a higher-end flagship phone in the pipeline. It should be the rumored K30 Pro. Currently, there is less information about the K30 Pro. One speculation is that it may use a full screen with a pop-up camera and the other is that it may use an OLED display with a pill-shaped punch-hole.
Recently, the president of Xiaomi and the general manager of the Redmi Lu Weibing predicted that the punch-hole will be a major trend of 2020 in the mobile phone industry, so the possibility of using the punch-hole for Redmi K30 Pro is not ruled out.
Of course, there is little suspense about Redmi K30 Pro supporting high refresh rates. Android Authority also reported that the Redmi K30 Pro has a refresh rate of 120Hz and an FHD + resolution. In terms of core configuration, the K30 Pro may be equipped with the Snapdragon 865 flagship platform and there are speculations that it may be equipped with the MediaTek Dimensity 1000.
What is certain is that the Redmi K30 Pro supports SA and NSA dual-mode 5G and most likely it will not have a 4G version on the Chinese market, it should be standard 5G. It is also worth noting that Xiaomi Mi 10 is expected to debut in February, so the possibility of Redmi K30 Pro debuting in March is not ruled out.
