Redmi has announced the upcoming release about its new RedMiBook Pro notebooks, the first to be powered by the new 11th generation Intel Core H35 high-performance processor, as part of Redmi’s new line of lightweight notebooks.
Intel’s Tiger Lake-H35 11-generation core is an upgrade of the previous low-voltage U series. Both are 4-core 8-thread, with a core of up to 5.0GHz, and will cover more than 40 notebook models in the first half of this year, according to Intel.
In terms of performance, single-threaded and 11-gen Core U series improved by 15% and 9%, multi-threaded and 11-gen Core U series improved by more than 40%, GPU graphics performance and 10-gen Core standard pressure improved by more than two times.
The new product will be officially released next month. Considering that Redmi will launch the Redmi K40 series next month, it is speculated that the RedMiBook Pro may make an appearance at the Redmi K40 series launch event.
Lu Weibing, president of Xiaomi Group China and general manager of REDMI brand, said that in 2021, REDMI will continue to carry out high quality and extreme cost performance under the banner of “moving people’s hearts at affordable prices”, and bring more surprises to everyone.
