The YUNDOO Y8 is the latest creation of the YundooTV. As the company says has what all other tv box have but at a much better price!
Design
The box looks like four stagger cuboid parts combined together, the ups and downs lines give a vivid impression beyond the black house. Nobility, briefness and liveliness are integrated perfectly on this appearance. And there are interfaces on the sides to match diverse needs. YUNDOO Y8 has both USB 3.0 and Type-C interfaces. USB 3.0 has a data transfer speed 10 times faster than USB 2.0. USB 3.0 opens up the laneways and provides more headroom for devices to deliver a better overall user experience. The type-C interface supports type-C display video and audio output. YUNDOO Y8 is equipped also with 2 x USB 2.0 type, so you can cover up and type of USB. It is also equipped with SD card slot, HDMI, LAN and Optical. The dimensions of the Y8 are 11.60 x 11.60 x 2.35 cm and weights only 0.290 kg
Hardware
The YUNDOO Y8 runs Android 6.0 out of the box. Under the hood is ticking a Rockchip RK3399 Dual Cortex-A72 + Quad Cortex-A53, 64-bit CPU. For the graphics the Quad-core ARM Mali-T860MP4 GPU does a fantastic job. The Y8 comes in two version, one with 2GB DDR RAM + 16GB EMMC ROM and one with 4GB DDR RAM + 32GB EMMC ROM.
Features
The YUNDOO Y8 supports H.264, H.265, HD MPEG4 as video decoder and you can watch video that are in ASF, AVI, DAT, FLV, ISO, MOV, MP4, MPEG, TS and WMV format. For audio you can hear AAC, ACC, AFE, APE, DDP, DTS, FLAC, HD, M4A, MKA, MP3, MPEG, OGA, OGG, RM, TrueHD, WAV, WAVMIDI, WMA files. In order to see images, they must be BMP, GIF, JPEG and PNG. The Y8 supports 5.1 Surround Sound Output and supports also Dual WiFi and BT 4.1 + EDR. You can easily watch 4K*2K Super HD video as and 3D Games, 3D Video, Airplay, DLNA, ISO Files and Miracast. It also supports wireless mouse and keyboard.

Conclusion
The YUNDOO Y8 is a really powerful TV Box. Specially the 4/32 version is one of the best I have reviewed. Both versions can be found at Gearbest and they are in presales till the end of February.
