News source @theordysm tweeted on the X platform on March 29, from the firmware code, confirming that Samsung’s next-generation smart Watch Galaxy Watch 8 series will be launched in the basic and Classic versions.
The model code SM-L320/325U / 330/335U is supposed to be a different size and configuration of the Galaxy Watch 8, while the SM-L500/505 points to the high-end Galaxy Watch 8 Classic.
Battery
Korea SafetyKorea certification body recently passed the audit of two batteries EB-BL330ABY and EB-BL505ABY, the former has confirmed the capacity of 435mAh, the latter capacity has not been disclosed. These two batteries correspond to the Watch 8 (SM-L330) and the Watch 8 Classic (SM-L505).
The battery EB-BL320ABY was certified by BIS in India last month, and its capacity is presumed to be slightly less than EB-BL330ABY. There’s still no word on the exact parameters of the new Watch, and it’s not sure if there will be a Galaxy Watch Ultra 2.
