Igeekphone News, April 28th: Leaker PandaFlashPro claimed that Samsung’s next-generation compact foldable phone Galaxy Z Flip7 will be equipped with the Qualcomm Snapdragon 8 Ultra (for Galaxy) processor anda 4300mAh battery. The battery capacity has increased by 300mAh compared with the Galaxy Z Flip6.
Igeekphone previously reported that the South Korean media Joongang Ilbo said that Samsung will hold a press conference in New York, the United States in early July to release the Galaxy Z Flip7 and Z Fold7 foldable screen phones.
Yesterday, the leaker PandaFlashPro reaffirmed that the Galaxy Z Flip7 will adopt the Snapdragon 8 Ultra (for Galaxy) processor exclusively supplied by Qualcomm for Samsung, rather than Samsung’s own Exynos 2500 processor, and claimed that the configuration of this processor has been finally determined. The prototype has passed all the internal tests of Samsung.
The foreign media Techmaniacs also revealed that the outer screen size of the Galaxy Z Flip7 will be expanded from 3.4 inches to 4 inches, and also emphasized that this redesign will be equipped with the Snapdragon 8 Ultra (for Galaxy) processor simultaneously.
It is worth noting that Samsung will equip the new foldable phone with a 4300mAh battery, which is 300mAh larger than the previous generation Z Flip6. However, the 50-megapixel main camera and 12-megapixel ultra-wide-angle camera configuration of last year’s model will continue to the new generation.
