Samsung Q950 Borderless 8K QLED TV Released: 99% Screen-To-Body Ratio, Ultra-Thin, Simulates 5.1 Surround Sound


As an upgraded version of last year’s Q900, Q950TSA has a new design, such as a screen ratio of up to 99% on the front (2.3mm on the black border), a stand similar to an iMac, and an incredible 15mm body thickness.

Q950TSA is equipped with Samsung’s self-developed image processor and supports more accurate AI conversion algorithms, that is, it intelligently enlarges 2K and 4K resolution content to 8K.

For the l, Q950TSA is QLED, full-array local dimming technology. In terms of sound effects, although the large speakers in such a thin and light body have been sacrificed, Samsung claims that it can recognize the sound of object creation by carrying the name OTS + (Enhanced Object Tracking Sound Technology), which claims to achieve the effect of 5.1 surround sound.

In terms of other intelligent features, Q950TSA has built-in Bixby, Amazon Alexa, Google Voice Assistant, etc., and can serve as the central steward of home Wi-Fi and Bluetooth devices. Samsung Health, developed for TVs, will also better serve users.
