Igeekphone News, January 28th: Although the Exynos 2600 has not yet been Released, the new generation of Samsung’s flagship chip, Exynos 2700, has already emerged and some details have been leaked in advance.
According to the information released by the Geekbench benchmarking website, the Samsung Exynos 2700 features a 10-core design. Its CPU consists of 1×2.30GHz + 4×2.40GHz + 1×2.78GHz + 4×2.88GHz, and it adopts the Samsung 2nm process technology. It is the most powerful mobile chip in Samsung’s history.
It is worth noting that the yield rate of Samsung’s 2nm GAA process has reached 50%. Currently, they are actively developing the second-generation version of this process, namely SF2P. Therefore, the Exynos 2700 uses the SF2P process, which is more advanced than the process of Exynos 2600.

Additionally, the OpenCL benchmark score of the Samsung Exynos 2700 that was disclosed this time was only 15,618 points, which was significantly lower than that of the Exynos 2600. This is because the device equipped with Exynos 2700 is an engineering development prototype, used for scheduling programs and architecture verification tasks. The benchmark score is not the actual performance of the chip.
As is customary, the Galaxy S27 series flagship of next year will debut with its own Exynos 2700 chip.
