Igeekphone July 3rd: REDMI K100 series will have an unprecedented leap forward this year. It will be officially released in August, ahead of the big brother, the Xiaomi 18 series.
According to blogger Digital chat Station, this year’s K100 series has seen a significant improvement in quality. It will feature a large R-shaped pure straight screen and a horizontal large matrix metal Deco design. The engineering model color reference is for the iPhone 18 Pro series.
In terms of craftsmanship, it also fully aligns with Apple’s standards. The metal frame and glass back panel adopt the same color scheme, making the overall integration of the device even stronger. However, this also means higher costs.

Due to the booming market demand for chips and storage, the K100 series will now be fully equipped with the Snapdragon 8E5. Even the Pro Max has no hope of using the 2nm Snapdragon 8E6. The focus is mainly on enhancing other specifications. It is expected that the unique triple speaker configuration will remain, with a focus on delivering exceptional sound output.
The front panel will be equipped with a 185Hz ultra-fast display screen, featuring super pixels. It achieves 2K clarity with only 1K power consumption.

In terms of imaging, it features a 20-megapixel main camera with a large sensor, and supports telephoto macro shooting. It is expected to incorporate a 50-megapixel telephoto lens.
In other aspects, the REDMI K100 series will also be equipped with 3D ultrasonic fingerprint technology, a metal frame, a glass back cover, full-level water resistance, and symmetrical dual speakers, among other specifications.
As for the price, in the context of the industry as a whole, the price increase for the K100 series is inevitable. However, it has been reported that the increase will be lower than that of similar competing products.
