Igeekphone News reported on May 4th: The Xiaomi 17T series is about to be launched, consisting of two models: Xiaomi 17T and Xiaomi 17T Pro. Both models are equipped with the Leica imaging system.
The Xiaomi 17T features a 6.59-inch 1.5K 120Hz OLED straight screen, equipped with the MediaTek 8500 Ultra processor, manufactured with TSMC’s 4nm technology. The CPU adopts the second-generation full big-core architecture, specifically consisting of 1×3.4GHz + 3×3.2GHz + 4×2.2GHz Cortex-A725 cores, and the GPU is the Mali-G720 MC8.
It is equipped with a 6500mAh battery and supports 67W wired fast charging. It has a 32-megapixel front camera and a triple rear camera setup: a 50-megapixel light hunter 800 main camera (1/1.55-inch sensor) + a 12-megapixel secondary camera + a 5x telephoto lens with 50-megapixel resolution, featuring Leica imaging.

Xiaomi 17T Pro has been upgraded to a 6.83-inch 1.5K 144Hz OLED straight screen. It is equipped with the flagship chip Tianyi 9500, manufactured using TSMC’s N3P 3nm process. It adopts a 1+3+4 full big-core architecture, with 1 C1-Ultra super core having a maximum frequency of up to 4.21GHz, 3 C1 cores with a frequency of 3.0GHz each, and 4 C2 cores with a frequency of 2.0GHz each.
The battery capacity has been increased to 7000mAh, supporting 100W wired charging and 50W wireless fast charging; the front camera also features 32 million pixels.
The rear triple camera configuration is of higher quality: 50 million pixel light hunter 950 main camera (1/1.31-inch) + 12 million pixel secondary camera + 5 million pixel 5x telephoto lens. It is also equipped with Leica imaging.
Both models feature straight-screen designs, with significant improvements in battery life and camera configurations. The domestic version is expected to be named Civi 6 and Civi 6 Pro, and there will be adjustments to the configuration details.
