New rumors about iPhone 18 Pro series have been emerging continuously recently. The latest information indicates that the previous predictions regarding its screen design have been reversed, and a series of hardware upgrades are gradually becoming clearer.
Initially, there were reports suggesting that iPhone 18 Pro model would adopt under-screen Face ID technology, with only a front camera opening remaining in the top left corner of the screen.
However, the latest rumors suggest that this device will only implement partial under-screen Face ID, which will result in the area becoming narrower.

The following is a summary of the 12 possible features that the iPhone 18 Pro series might have:
Overall design: It is expected to maintain the same design language, featuring 6.3-inch and 6.9-inch displays, and the rear camera module adopts a “horizontal matrix” design to accommodate three cameras.
Display screen: Utilizes the more energy-efficient LTPO+ display.
Dynamic Island: Due to the shift of the Face ID component to the screen bottom, the area of the Dynamic Island will become narrower.
Camera aperture: At least one rear camera will be equipped with a variable aperture.
Chip: Equipped with the A20 Pro chip manufactured using TSMC’s 2-nanometer process and new packaging technology.
Camera buttons: Simplified camera control buttons, without the gesture function.
Back cover design: To optimize MagSafe charging, the rear ceramic shield may undergo design changes and might adopt a matte glass appearance.
Cellular modem: Equipped with Apple’s self-developed C1X or C2 chip, used for 5G/LTE connections.
Wireless chip: Equipped with Apple’s self-developed N1 or newer chips, it supports Wi-Fi 7, Bluetooth 6 and Thread protocols.
Satellite function: Supports web browsing via satellite.

New color: The new color options under consideration include wine red, brown or purple.
Size: The iPhone 18 Pro Max might be slightly thicker than iPhone 17 Pro Max, possibly to accommodate a larger battery.
