Igeekphone 3/20: Technology media Notebook Check published a blog post yesterday (March 19), digging into the GeekBench benchmark database and discovering the benchmark results for a vivo phone model named V2548A. By comparing with the GSMA IMEI database, this agency identified that it is associated with the vivo X300s model.

According to the benchmarking database page, the Vivo V2548A mobile phone is equipped with an 8-core processor, using a 1+3+4 configuration, including 1 4.21 GHz Travis/C1-Ultra super core, 3 3.5GHz Alto/C1-Premium cores and 4 2.7GHz Gelas/C1-Pro cores. Additionally, it is equipped with the Mali G1-Ultra MC12 GPU. This is basically confirmed to be the MediaTek Dimensity 9500 chip.
The page information indicates that this device is equipped with 16GB of memory and runs the Android 16 system. In the GeekBench 6.6.0 version, its single-core score is 3310 points and the multi-core score is 10141 points.

Igeekphone reported yesterday that Vivo X300s smartphone is expected to be equipped with a 1.5K 144Hz display, a MediaTek 9500 processor, a 2-billion-pixel large sensor, symmetrical dual speakers, a large motor, and a 7100mAh battery. It is expected to be released on March 30 and go on sale on April 3.
