Igeekphone News, June 20th: Technology media sammyguru, in collaboration with source @Onleaks, shared high-definition renderings of the Samsung Galaxy S25 FE smartphone today (June 20th) and disclosed key specification information of the device.
In terms of appearance, the Galaxy S25 FE mobile phone continues the cost-performance positioning of “flagship-level configuration”. The screen configuration is consistent with the standard version of the Galaxy S25, adopting a 6.7-inch Super AMOLED panel and supporting a 120Hz adaptive refresh rate.
The body dimensions are 161.4×76.6×7.4 mm. It is 0.2 mm thicker than the S25 but 0.6 mm thinner than the previous generation S24 FE. According to the renderings, Samsung may further narrow the bezels.
In terms of chips, there are currently two types of leaked information: one is that it is equipped with Samsung’s own Exynos 2400 chip, and the other is that it adopts the Mediatek Dimensity 9400 chipset. Although the chip selection has not yet been clarified, this model continues the “high configuration and low price” strategy of the FE series.
In terms of the imaging system, the front camera of the S25 FE has been upgraded to 12 million pixels, an improvement over the 10 million pixel sensor of the previous generation. The specifications of the rear camera are expected to remain the same as those of the S25 standard version.
Samsung has officially confirmed that the model of the Galaxy S25 FE is SM-S731B and it is pre-installed with the One UI 8 system based on Android 16. This model will be synchronized with the flagship models of the Galaxy S25 series and enjoy a 7-year system update service.
Regarding the release date, Samsung is expected to release the Galaxy S25 FE mobile phone at the end of the third quarter or the beginning of the fourth quarter in 2025.
