On July 22nd, iGEEKPHONE reported that the blogger Digital Chat Station exposed the parameter specifications of the iQOO Neo11 series.
It is reported that the standard version of the iQOO Neo11 series is equipped with the Qualcomm Snapdragon 8 Elite flagship platform, while the Pro version is equipped with the Dimensity 9500 flagship platform. Both models come standard with 2K straight screens, metal frames, ultrasonic screen fingerprint recognition, and 100W flash charging, highlighting ultimate performance.
Compared with the previous generation, one of the biggest changes in the iQOO Neo11 series is the upgrade to a 2K screen. The Pro version is among the first to be equipped with the Dimensity 9500 platform, making it the world’s first Dimensity 9500 flagship to adopt a 2K straight screen.
Leaks reveal that the Dimensity 9500 is manufactured based on TSMC’s third-generation 3nm process N3P and adopts a full large-core architecture, consisting of 1*Travis+3*Alto+4*Gelas. Among them, Travis and Alto are the new generation of Arm X9 series super-large cores, supporting the SME instruction set, while Gelas is the new generation of Arm A7 series large cores.

In terms of GPU, the Dimensity 9500 integrates the Immortalis-Drage GPU, adopting a brand-new microarchitecture to enhance ray tracing performance while reducing power consumption. Its computing power is expected to reach 100TOPS.
In terms of benchmark scores, the Geekbench 6 multi-core score of the Dimensity 9500 will exceed 11,000 points, surpassing the Apple A19 Pro of the same period and being on par with the Qualcomm Snapdragon 8 Elite 2.
The iQOO Neo11 series equipped with the Dimensity 9500 will make its debut in Q4 this year.
