2016 has been a very busy year for Xiaomi, New Redmi models are released every few months. Two new Redmi models,were only just released in June ,with the appearance of the Redmi 3S and the Redmi 3X which is a carrier version of the 3S. Now,it appears 2 new models have made an appearance.
Two new models with code numbers 2,016,020 and 2,016,021 can be found seen at the Chinese website of the National Quality Certification Center. Both come with a 5V/2A charger specification and have a date set for the for 29th June. We are only speculating but it appears these could be a new series of the Redmi model, or it could possibly mean that new variants of the Xiaomi Max series with 2GB RAM options are on their way.
There has been no announcement from Xiaomi regarding the appearance of these 2 new phones,so we will just have to wait. Now its out, we expect an announcement very soon, so stay tuned.
