PMI (Philip Morris International) recently launched a new generation of closed-loop electronic cigarette device, VEEV One Plus. Public information indicates that this product has been officially launched on the VEEV website of the Portuguese government, and at the same time, product specifications and official comparison information with the current VEEV One have been released, marking a new round of hardware upgrade for VEEV’s closed-loop electronic cigarette product line.
Product upgrade focuses on hardware experience
Compared with the previous generation VEEV One, VEEV One Plus continues the closed pre-filled cartridge product line, while upgrading the device’s battery life, portability and user experience.
According to official information, the VEEV One Plus is equipped with a 720mAh battery. The official specification indicates that a single charge can support approximately 1,100 uses. The product continues to adopt the Compact Ceramic™ heating technology and maintains compatibility with the existing VEEV One pre-filled cartridges. Existing users do not need to change the cartridge system to upgrade the device.

The most representative upgrade this time comes from the newly added Swap & Store function. The device can store two VEEV One cartridges simultaneously inside the body. Users can quickly switch between different flavors as needed, while avoiding the inconvenience of carrying extra spare cartridges.
The official page also indicates that the VEEV One Plus is available in three colors: Gold, Purple and Midnight Blue. It continues to use the automatic inhalation start-up method and retains the closed Pod product design.
The European market is gradually moving forward with the launch.
According to the current public information, VEEV One Plus is proceeding with the launch at different paces according to the requirements of various markets.
For the Portuguese side, PMI has launched the VEEV One Plus product page on the official VEEV website, opened the product display and purchase channels, and indicated that this product has entered the official sales system.
In France, e-cigarette retailer CigaretteElec has established a product page for VEEV One Plus and in a feature article, stated that the product is expected to be available on its sales channels in mid-July 2026, with a suggested retail price of 9.99 euros (only the battery component).
In Germany, Fabio Corsaro, the marketing and procurement director of electronic cigarette distributor MG Wesel GmbH, posted information on LinkedIn stating that PMI plans to launch VEEV One Plus in Germany. The German distribution channel is expected to start supplying the product from July 8th to 10th, 2026. He also mentioned that the currently disclosed color options include Electric Purple, while the details of the remaining color options have not been fully disclosed at that time. Public information indicates that as of the time of publication, PMI has not released an independent listing announcement for the German market.
Based on the current publicly available information, VEEV One Plus has begun to enter multiple markets in Europe. Different countries will gradually launch the product based on their respective distribution channels and market arrangements.
