Recent leaks have revealed that is working on Xplay 7 flagship phone that will come out to replace the Xplay5 from March 2016. The rumor mill is speculating that it will be fueled by Snapdragon 845 chipset and also feature the in-screen fingerprint scanner. Fresh renders of the Vivo Xplay 7 have appeared to reveal what to expect from its design.
Vivo has not updated its Xplay series since quite some time. Hence, the fans of the company are expected to see impressive features and specs on the Xplay 7. The renders shown in this post show that the frontside of the phone is mainly occupied by the screen. The top bezel is slim enough to house the dual selfie cameras. The left and right bezels are almost non-existent.
Since the company has recently introduced the X20 Plus UD smartphone with in-screen fingerprint scanner, it is speculated that the Xplay 7 will arrive with the advanced biometric recognition feature. The renders also feature a fingerprint icon at the bottom of the screen to suggest the inclusion of in-screen fingerprint scanner.
Rumors have it that the Xplay 7 will be featuring a 4K resolution supporting display. It is speculated that the smartphone will be available in 6 GB or 8 GB RAM options. A recent leak has claimed that it may feature 10 GB of RAM which sound too good to be true. Other rumored specs include custom camera sensors by Sony, Hi-Fi audio chip and premium glass design. It may arrive in the market with a whooping price tag of 4,500 Yuan.
