Interestingly, it seems that the manufacturer will choose to put a larger battery in the original model, placing it in a higher level than the “Pro” variant. According to information published in Weibo, the Xiaomi Mi 10 will arrive equipped with an impressive 4800mAh battery, while the Mi 10 Pro will have a 4500mAh battery.
This is a decision that will surely generate some controversy. Usually, the “Pro” variants have higher specifications, including their battery. However, this time it seems that the only improvement in this segment will be even in loading speeds.
If the huge 4800mAh battery is confirmed for the Xiaomi Mi 10, it will represent an incredible improvement compared to the Mi 9. Last year’s top-of-the-range battery came with only 3300mAh. In addition to a larger screen, support for 5G networks requires a larger battery capacity. Recently, Lin Bin has said that Mi 10 will debut in Q1 this year with Snapdragon 865.
