Xiaomi on September 27th announced Mi5S, Mi5S plus, two very strong and beautiful mobiles and a new version of the Mi Tv, Xiaomi Mi TV 3S 65-inch.
To be more exact, Xiaomi released two versions of the well known Tv, one is the Xiaomi Mi TV 3S with 55-inch and the other is with 65-inch display. Both are a continuation of the successful Xiaomi Mi TV 2S series which rocked the market last year. I guess you all must know that the Xiaomi Mi TV series are a set of ultra-thin TV sets that use the best components available at the moment. Of course Xiaomi didn’t disappoint us and this time with the Mi TV 3S, since both version that were announced come with Samsung 4K and LG IPS display panels and extreme thinness to make sure you get the most premium quality.
So, now that the Mi TV 3S was announced, let us see and how really looks like. I know that the images all companies use for their products bring out the best that could show for the product, but is really that thin Mi TV 3S!? Let us have a look at the real footage we managed to gather here.

Here we can see the first image of the Mi TV 3S. You can understand how thin it is. Don’t forget that has a 4K display resolution made by Samsung and supports HDR mode.

The Mi TV 3S can be placed on a wall or if you want can use the base that we see here to place the tv on the ground or a short furniture, as don’t forget a 65-inch TV has a really big display!
This picture shows how thin the TV really is! I have to admit is amazingly really thin. 9.9mm thick is the thickest point of the TV. I wonder how they have managed to place all this wonderful technology in a such thin panel!?
And here we can see how a 65 inch display look like….just enormous! The TV is truly beautiful and looks very premium since it is made from anodized aluminium alloy frame and champagne diamond double-cut back.
The Xiaomi Mi TV 3S is equipped with a 20-core 2-dome tweeter and speaker system with a wide frequency range.
Of course such a premium TV, cannot have a plain sound system. A 2.5-inch subwoofer is placed, offering better bass sound quality.
As all TV systems, Mi Tv 3S comes and with on board navigation buttons to control the TV.
Equipped also with two separate surround sound systems with bass reflex.
And that’s not all, since TV 3S features two surround sound systems with 5GHz wireless satellite technology.
