However, Xiaomi the Chinese manufacturer, which brought the most interesting and unique designed modules to life, has now received another patent that dazzles our eyes.
This patent, uncovered by LetsGoDiigital, reveals that Xiaomi is working on an interesting camera design. According to LetsGoDigital, Beijing Xiaomi Mobile Software applied for this design patent with The Hague International Design Bulletin, part of the WIPO (World Intellectual Property Office) last month (January 2021) and approved on February 5, 2021.
If you look carefully at the patent above, it is mentioned that there is a full-screen phone. Since there is no hole or notch on the front, we can say that under-screen camera technology will be among our estimates.
On the other hand, this patent of Xiaomi shows that compared to the current flagships, it will be a phone with a thicker bezel. According to the source sharing the pictures, this could be a mid-segment phone.
When we look at the screen, there will be USB-C type interface support at the bottom of the device. In addition, the headphone jack will be supported by 3.5mm jacks, and the handset houses holes for a speaker as well as a microphone. At the same time, the right side includes a power key along with a volume rocker and the left side features a SIM card slot.
Let’s come to the most interesting part. Xiaomi will switch to a completely different design as a camera. According to the patent, the back of this phone will have lenses placed in four corners separately. However, there is no information about the resolution of these lenses and where to place the flash. We will see this in the coming days.
