Igeekphone News, August 5th: Blogger @Digital Chat Station posted that two new tablets of Xiaomi REDMI have been approved for network access. The former supports 45W fast charging, while the latter supports 67W fast charging. The blogger revealed that the latter is the Xiaomi REDMI Pad 2 Pro, which is expected to be launched on the same stage as the K90 series phones.

For comparison, the standard version of the Xiaomi REDMI Pad 2 went on sale on August 1st, starting at 999 yuan. It is equipped with the Mediatek Dimensity G100-Ultra chip and is available in three versions: the standard version, the Soft light version, and the Learning version.

In terms of specifications, this device weighs 510 grams and is 7.36 millimeters thick. It is equipped with an 11-inch 2.5K eye-protecting screen with a peak brightness of up to 600 nits. It can be touched with wet hands and is compatible with the REDMI Touch Pen. It is equipped with a 9000mAh large battery. When fully charged, it can continuously watch 31.05 hours of videos and take 16.91 hours of online courses (data from Xiaomi Lab).
